We are ideal for a patio setting, however if your venue doesn’t have a patio, we sound just as good inside! Never overwhelmingly loud and always pleasing to the eyes and ears, we add a truly unique and exciting aesthetic to your venue that will keep your customers coming back to your restaurant time and time again. 

Private Parties

Are you having a special event? If you are, we want to perform at it! We are perfect for just about every type of gathering including luaus, backyard barbecues, open houses, graduation parties, anniversaries, weddings (ceremonies and receptions), rehearsal dinners, boat/marina parties, block parties, and more! In addition to providing entertainment for your event, we will also provide all M.C. services, including full use of our state-of-the-art P.A. system and professional wireless microphones for any toasts, speeches, and special songs. 

Featured Entertainment

Though we certainly enjoy playing background music, we love getting the opportunity to play a concert for an attentive audience! If you are looking for the perfect musical ensemble to be a featured act at a concert, street fair, art event (such as WaterFire), or anything comparable, look no further.  As featured performers, we bring the party to you by hosting limbo competitions, having willing participants learn to play a song on a steel drum and sitting in with the band, giving out t-shirts, Hawaiian leis, beach balls, and more.  

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How long are shows? We typically play 1, 2, 3, or 4 hour shows. For every hour that we play, we usually break for approximately 10 minutes. During breaks (as well as before and after the performance), prerecorded music will be played as to maintain atmosphere while the band is not performing.

How much does it cost? Please contact us via phone, email, or contact form to inquire about pricing for your particular event. 

How far will we travel? Typically, we perform within a 50 mile radius of Sharon, PA. We will be happy to travel outside of our normal performance region for an additional fee proportional to the requested distance of travel. Please contact us to inquire about pricing. 

Do I need to supply anything? Yes. PanTropix requires at least one (1) 20 amp 120v electrical circuit to supply power to the P.A. and lighting systems. We also require that shelter (a tent, awning, indoor performance space, etc) be provided should the weather be questionable on the day of the performance. 

Is there a bigger format? Yes. In addition to our 3-piece format, we also offer a 7-piece format consisting of the standard trio, plus a guitarist, bassist, keyboardist, and drum set player.  Click here to check out our 7-piece band demo!
